gawd. today's training almost made me pass out. unbearable heat of the mid day sun, my feet are baking up in my boots, it feels like i'm walking on hot charcoal like those indians do during their festival or sumtin. drank lots of water to hydrate myself. i didn't fast at all since the fasting month started. got 2 new pairs of training kit. YAY! training ended, went to eat with ocok and hanafi at KFC, potong pasir community club. 2 piece spicy chicken and a zinger really sets me into lazy mode. came home slept for hours till the break of fast. going out with the boys now. hanging around geylang and see whats happenin.peace out.
